The ability to make connections across seemingly unrelated areas, questions, problem and ideas.
2. Questioning
“What if”, “why”, “why not” – challenges the status quo and opens up the bigger picture.
3. Observation of details
Particularly of people’s behaviours
4. Experimentation
Willing to try and fail, then trying again while diagnosing causes of failure.
5. Networking with very smart people
The ability to network very smart people with little in common for the purpose of learning.
