IDis a program designed around the specific shape of an individual and organisation. The more closely any development and training process is to the individual’s personality, skill set, personal context, and organisational role, the more effective it will be. Unlike many other programs, ID is not a “buy-off-the-shelf” set of materials, nor is it a “one size fits all” approach. It considers every aspect of the individual and organisation by spending time diagnosing and then working with the client to check the diagnostic hypothesis before a set of developmental goals and learning tools are designed and implemented. Due to the very personal and intentional focus of ID, it is limited to a small number of participants.
